Celebrating the Platinum Jubilee
We have a great day planned within school to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee on Wednesday 25th May.
Children will be learning about the history of our monarch and we will be visited by some members of
the History Society who have very generously offered to share their memories with the children.
Reverend Ann will lead a special worship too before we come together as as school to have a ‘street
party’ in the afternoon. Please could you send your child with an appropriate snack to enjoy. For
example a small sandwich, a drink and a biscuit. It would be great if they could bring an accessory to
wear for the street party too, for example a Union Jack hat.
